An illustration project to give form to interactions, reflections, and other moments that make us human.
About
This project started as sketches in my notebook when I was a business student on exchange in Argentina. At the time, life felt a bit messy, and I realized that drawing funny moments, odd interactions, and my inner reflections in the form of quotes and comics was helping me embrace the complexity of being human and make sense of what I was going through.
After showing these illustrations to my friends and sharing them with strangers on Instagram, I realized how powerful simple drawings can be in helping people relate to one another and how it could support initiating meaningful conversations that build deeper connections.

from instagram account to design practice
This project holds a special place for me because it was one of the main triggers that led me to explore creative, human-centered paths and gave me the confidence to embrace the unknown and eventually become a designer.
While I don’t post as often as I used to, this creative practice has become an integral part of both my design (and life) toolbox.
Specifically, it allows me to: - Quickly illustrate ideas and scenarios, which is useful when discussing user journeys and services. - Observe and analyze interactions between people and their environments, helping me identify important moments such as moments of joy or frustration. - Be more open and authentic in my communication style, which results in better collaboration.
